What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ad Manager, including audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and target demographics.
• Create engaging visual content, including graphics, reels, and videos for social media.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and provide detailed performance reporting.
• Monitor campaigns for ad fatigue and proactively refresh creatives to maintain performance.
• Oversee multiplatform social media management and lead influencer outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing paid Meta ad campaigns via Ad Manager.
• Strong portfolio required.
• Ability to handle end-to-end content production, from strategy to publishing.
• Analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making optimization decisions.
• Experience managing multiple platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Professional written communication skills.
