What you will do
- Build deep familiarity with key Local verticals, advertiser priorities, and community-specific insights, identifying patterns and emerging opportunities.
- Develop strategic proposals by partnering with Client Partnerships and Partner Marketing, creating clean brand strategy slides rooted in data mining and trends.
- Ideate creative concepts, support mid- to large-scale RFP responses, and execute within established frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams like Creative House and Intelligence on intake calls and discussions.
- Proactively share work in progress and align stakeholders to ensure feasibility and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, media, or advertising
- Strong narrative building and strategic writing skills
- Experience responding to mid- to large-scale RFPs
- Fluency in media, advertising, and Local market dynamics
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent proposals
- Curiosity, proactive learning, thrives in collaborative environments, receptive to feedback
- Actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools for productivity
