What you will do

• Manage and own campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Social, Display), optimizing tactics and strategies for best performance
• Create media plans with client knowledge and new testing ideas
• Handle campaign execution, QA, and proactive troubleshooting in buying platforms
• Optimize performance against forecasts and suggest improvements
• Manage day-to-day client contact, aligning campaigns with expectations and providing recommendations
• Produce end-of-campaign reports with insights and learnings
• Build platform partner relationships and train junior team members

Requirements

• 1-2+ years hands-on in-platform experience across at least 2 digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search, paid social
• Proven passion for digital media, advertising, and technology
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in client and account management
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with MS Excel and data analysis
• Team player mindset
