Marketing Manager (B2B Healthcare): Execute GTM initiatives, campaigns, and sales enablement programs to drive business growth and lead generation with an accent on data-driven strategies and multi-channel demand generation. Location: Fully remote. Candidates are required to reside in the United States with legal authorization to work. No H1B sponsorship.

What you will do
- Develop sales enablement assets like decks, sell sheets, battlecards, and training materials for Sales, Partners, and Providers.
- Create onboarding, retention, and advocacy materials to support Customer Success and drive adoption and expansion.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to prioritize and deliver marketing initiatives with high-quality execution.
- Execute product positioning and messaging across verticals, aligned with market needs and growth priorities.
- Design and run multi-channel demand generation programs including email, webinars, events, and ABM campaigns.
- Manage content calendar, campaign themes, product announcements, and social strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize for pipeline growth and ROI.
- Produce customer case studies and success stories.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with campaign management and success in customer attraction and retention.
- Creativity, collaboration, process orientation, attention to detail, and experimentation mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and present conclusions to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation like Hubspot.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Thrive in small, fast-paced organizations.
