Location: Remote with required travel to Mississauga (Canada) and/or Salt Lake City (USA) offices for onboarding, team events, and meetings.
Salary: $94,000 - $104,000 CAD + bonus + benefits (Canada base).

What you will do
- Identify market dynamics, competitive shifts, buyer trends, and regulatory factors to define problem statements and differentiated positioning.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, messaging architecture, and launches using structured frameworks.
- Enable Sales and cross-functional teams with value propositions, competitive insights, and consistent messaging across buyer journey stages.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives for executive and clinical buyers, ensuring alignment in campaigns and touchpoints.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, gather feedback, and optimize positioning to drive awareness, pipeline, and win rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with healthcare technology required (post-acute/practice groups preferred).
- Experience with Product Management/Marketing frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing).
- Proven ability to create value propositions linking products to business outcomes and support pipeline creation.
- Strong communication, storytelling, business acumen, and ability to leverage AI tools for analysis and content.
- Self-starter with critical thinking, collaboration skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or certifications in Product Marketing.
- Experience in provider/post-acute environments.
