Location: Remote - US. US-based team members outside Pacific time zone expected to work at least six hours between 8am-5pm PT each workday.
Salary: Zone 1 $141,400 - $166,400 USD; Zone 2/3 $127,260 - $149,760 USD; Zone 4 $113,120 - $133,120 USD

What you will do
- Develop expertise in buying committee dynamics for stakeholders like CFO, CHRO, Benefits Operator, mapping priorities, objections, and success metrics.
- Conduct market research on competitive positioning, industry trends, and employer mental health priorities; build buyer personas and customer journey maps.
- Create differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to HR leadership, benefits teams, and executives; align with product capabilities.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and enhancements with KPIs and cross-functional ownership.
- Build sales enablement tools like pitch decks, battlecards, RFP frameworks; lead competitive intelligence and sales training.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Clinical teams; influence product roadmap with market insights and support demand gen campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years product marketing experience in B2B/B2B2C healthcare, health tech, or employee benefits; 3+ years healthcare industry.
- Experience marketing to HR, benefits, or People leadership; familiarity with mental health benefits, EAP, workforce wellbeing.
- Proven track record in market research, competitive positioning, GTM execution across multiple product lines.
- Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Exceptional communication, cross-functional leadership, data-driven mindset; familiarity with product management and agile.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, Communications or related; MBA/Master's preferred; Product Marketing Certification ideal.
