Location: Remote - United States (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI)

Salary: Region 1 $143,650 - $169,000; Region 2 $130,050 - $153,000; Region 3 $117,300 - $138,000

What you will do

  • Own global B2B/Healthcare and partnerships media strategy across priority segments like employers, payers, health systems, and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop full-funnel media plans integrating brand, demand gen, ABM, and co-marketing with partners.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimization across LinkedIn, paid search, programmatic, paid social, and partner platforms.
  • Design and execute joint media programs with partners including co-branded campaigns and shared KPIs.
  • Define measurement frameworks connecting media metrics to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Manage budgets, workflows, and cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in B2B media, demand generation, or performance marketing; healthcare/digital health experience strongly preferred.
  • Success building full-funnel media programs driving revenue for B2B/enterprise offerings.
  • Experience with co-marketing/partnership media programs and B2B channels like LinkedIn, paid search, programmatic.
  • Understanding of B2B/healthcare buying cycles, metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC), compliance, and privacy.
  • Analytical skills partnering with Analytics/RevOps; strong collaboration and communication.
  • Organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environment.
