What you will do

• Design and implement robust, testable, high-performance systems and tools using Rust.
• Optimize existing software architectures to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Develop new capabilities for the market-leading hirify.global Platform.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including debugging, optimization, and peer reviews.
• Integrate with third-party devices and data providers, including firewalls, switches, and routers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing backend systems in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch).
• 3+ years of experience working within a microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Rust and cloud-first development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of networking security architecture (VLAN, SDN, VXLAN).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building information security products and micro-segmentation network configurations.
• Experience incorporating AI tools, models, or services into development workflows.
• Production experience with Kotlin, Go, and Python.
