What you will do

• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities like partnerships and new builds, collaborating cross-functionally with product, clinical, growth, and finance teams.
• Own end-to-end execution of initiatives from market validation and business case development to implementation, early results, and scaling.
• Build repeatable processes and tools for evaluating, testing, and launching new business opportunities quickly.

Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare strategy and operations with track record of building and scaling initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience in consulting, investing, or corporate strategy plus deep healthcare operations
• Proven ability to own large-scale projects end-to-end
• Strong financial acumen for models, market analyses, and investment cases
• Exceptional communication to engage C-suite executives and partners
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent with P&L ownership or business unit leadership
• Experience in oncology value-based care
• Expertise in oncology and pharma/life sciences
• Healthcare M&A and due diligence experience
