Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with community influencers to secure venues for agent prospecting.
• Plan and host sales events and Medicare educational presentations focused on lead generation.
• Collaborate with Broker Managers to align strategies and assign agents for maximum ROI.
• Train and motivate external agents on community marketing and lead-generation techniques.
• Partner with local providers for co-op marketing initiatives.
• Track ROI and ensure compliance with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations.

Requirements

• Local expertise: Existing network of community contacts and knowledge of local senior landscape in Broward/Palm Beach area
• Insurance producer license: Active in state of residence (or obtain within 90 days)
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• College degree preferred
