TL;DR

Location: Fully remote, must reside in the United States with legal authorization to work (no H1B sponsorship)

What you will do
- Build and grow relationships with key decision makers and executives to identify optimization and growth opportunities
- Own partner satisfaction, retention, renewals, and deliver clear value
- Generate agendas for partner meetings, manage cadence, action items, and post-meeting follow-ups
- Handle partner requests for data and reporting
- Run quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and address needs
- Lead execution of partner solution planning and implementation from signature to go-live
- Maintain records in Hubspot and identify revenue expansion opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success and/or Account Management, including enterprise accounts and C-level executives
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and long-term relationships
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes
- Experience aligning internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
Nice to have
- Familiarity with fertility industry or healthtech patient journey software
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
