Location: 100% Remote (occasional congresses and events)

What you will do
- Manage and close strategic accounts across Europe and the USA
- Lead consultative sales processes: discovery calls, demos, presentations, and proposals
- Negotiate commercial agreements and proactively develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using outbound, inbound, digital, and face-to-face approaches
- Deliver against individual revenue targets and support client onboarding and retention
- Provide market feedback, contribute to territory expansion, and maintain CRM reporting
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals
- Strong experience in consultative, value-based selling and managing long sales cycles
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline management
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or clinics
- Customer success experience
- Experience mentoring or leading colleagues
- Additional European languages
- Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical sector
