What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring correct system setup and expectations.
- Deliver structured product training and ongoing education to ensure partner confidence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily issues, troubleshooting and resolving escalations.
- Manage partner portfolios with accountability for KPIs including revenue, retention, and engagement.
- Execute growth initiatives and outreach programs to expand accounts.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and translate partner feedback into insights for operations, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for video meetings and email.
