What you will do

• Own quote creation in Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, and subscription alignment.
• Manage discounting and pricing governance, acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Legal for approvals.
• Oversee the renewals process, including the creation and validation of renewal quotes and proactive churn risk identification.
• Audit contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with pricing, SKUs, and revenue recognition policies.
• Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce and ensure accurate handoffs to NetSuite for billing.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the quote-to-cash and renewal management processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Clari.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and contract governance.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex pricing and approval workflows.
