What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end Weekly and Monthly Business hirify.globaliew (WBR/MBR) processes.
• Define and maintain core business KPIs across Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and increase velocity.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable workflows to improve efficiency and clarity.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Finance.
• Proven track record of supporting C-level stakeholders (COO, CEO, or equivalent).
• Experience running operating cadences such as WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Familiarity with GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention) and product metrics.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance.
