What you will do

• Lead and participate in the delivery of end-to-end software implementations for enterprise customers.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements to create design recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring minimal time to value for the client.
• Configure no-code software based on solution designs and perform quality assurance to minimize rework.
• Deliver and author training materials, including administrator and end-user sessions.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions.
• Proficiency with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in direct customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Leeds, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience within Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, or Corporate Security.
