What you will do

• Own bookings model and lead annual/in-year planning, translating targets into driver-based plans for pipeline, conversion, capacity, and renewals
• Develop reporting framework for weekly execution, monthly tracking, and quarterly business reviews
• Maintain single source of truth for revenue metrics across functions and data sources
• Deliver executive dashboards with visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
• Provide forward-looking analysis, scenario models, and recommendations to address gaps and growth strategies
• Shape data foundation for consistent analytics and future AI use cases
• Lead and develop team of analysts across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Renewals, and Professional Services

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Analytics in B2B/SaaS
• Proven track record building complex models like bookings, capacity planning, scenario modeling
• Expertise in driver-based planning across pipeline, conversion, capacity, renewals
• Experience leading annual planning and operating cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Advanced Excel modeling; SQL and BI tools a plus
• Strong data structures knowledge to align multiple sources
• Defining KPIs, executive dashboards, actionable insights for leadership
• Team leadership across functions; hands-on analytical work and cross-functional influence
