What you will do
- Own bookings model and lead annual/in-year planning, translating targets into driver-based plans for pipeline, conversion, capacity, and renewals
- Develop reporting framework for weekly execution, monthly tracking, and quarterly business reviews
- Maintain single source of truth for revenue metrics across functions and data sources
- Deliver executive dashboards with visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
- Provide forward-looking analysis, scenario models, and recommendations to address gaps and growth strategies
- Shape data foundation for consistent analytics and future AI use cases
- Lead and develop team of analysts across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Renewals, and Professional Services
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Analytics in B2B/SaaS
- Proven track record building complex models like bookings, capacity planning, scenario modeling
- Expertise in driver-based planning across pipeline, conversion, capacity, renewals
- Experience leading annual planning and operating cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Advanced Excel modeling; SQL and BI tools a plus
- Strong data structures knowledge to align multiple sources
- Defining KPIs, executive dashboards, actionable insights for leadership
- Team leadership across functions; hands-on analytical work and cross-functional influence
