What you will do

  • Design and maintain equity grant frameworks for new hires, promotions, refresh cycles, and performance awards.
  • Analyze market data from sources like Radford and Pave to evaluate competitiveness and inform program design.
  • Build analytical models to assess equity values, compensation positioning, and total rewards.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and leadership on equity and salary recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Equity Administration on quarterly equity approval processes.
  • Support salary ranges, market benchmarking, and alignment with compensation philosophy.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check as condition of employment
  • Experience supporting scaling equity compensation programs in high-growth companies.
  • Experience in equity compensation and broader programs, ideally in technology environments.
  • Experience using market survey data to evaluate competitiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with equity and compensation models in Excel.
  • Ability to translate data into insights for leaders and partner cross-functionally.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing equity frameworks tied to job architecture.
  • Supporting late-stage private or pre-IPO companies.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms like Carta.
