US Base Pay Range $102,500 — $141,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with HR and business leaders to explore compensation problems, resolve issues, and offer solutions.
- Engage globally on planning, designing, communicating, and operationalizing competitive total rewards packages.
- Act as strategic resource ensuring programs align with business goals, talent acquisition, retention, and diversity initiatives.
- Provide consultation on pay decisions, guidelines, policy interpretation, job evaluation, and creative compensation solutions.
- Maintain partnerships with vendors for industry insights and program competitiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Implement compensation resources like recruiter tools, training, and communication.
Requirements
- 4+ years in compensation and data analysis.
- Experience designing compensation models, job architecture, and benchmarking for global organizations.
- Metrics-focused with ability to digest and communicate complex technical information.
- Success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Expert Excel, strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite; compensation tools a plus.
- Knowledge of high-tech industry compensation data sources.
- Strong analytical, judgment, organizational skills for multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
