Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 USD base plus commission

What you will do

  • Lead the renewals process in collaboration with account teams to preserve customer contracts and relationships.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify requirements and resolve roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with both customer and company goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewals to maximize customer growth.
  • Develop strategies for renewal engagement to maximize overall revenue retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management.
  • Experience working within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
  • Ability to grow business strategically by creating new processes and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
