Salary: $60,200 – $100,100 (base salary) plus target sales commissions.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers and Executives in shared territories to maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR).
- Manage the end-to-end renewals process, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting in SFDC.
- Identify customer renewal risks and collaborate with channel partners and customer success teams to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, buyers, and influencers.
- Execute a planned cadence of customer engagement and implement strategic account plans for mid-market segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary documentation for correct revenue recognition.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning and CPQ), Outreach, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Solid technical acumen and strong cybersecurity knowledge.
- Experience selling through and with channel partners.
