Salary: $64,400 – $107,100 (base) + sales commissions

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Manager/Executive teammates to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in assigned territories.
• Manage the end-to-end renewals process, including forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Identify customer renewal risks and coordinate with channel partners and customer success teams to mitigate them.
• Execute strategic account plans and a planned cadence of customer engagement.
• Support expansion motions by partnering with new business sales teams during renewal windows.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ), Outreach, MS Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
