TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within portfolios of existing enterprise customers (1,001+ users) with an accent on consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic account planning. Focus on navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments, aligning solutions to customer security needs, and maximizing long-term account growth and retention.

Location: Remote (Seattle, WA / Oregon, must have legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship)

Salary: $110,500–$184,500 base (US) + target sales commissions

What you will do

  • Own and manage portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving timely contract renewals through proactive engagement
  • Build relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders including IT/security leadership
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities, creating strategic account plans for growth
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, partnering with sales engineering for demos and validations
  • Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and internal teams (Customer Success, Support, Product)
  • Maintain pipeline/forecast accuracy, CRM data integrity, and predictable account outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience managing/growing enterprise customer accounts
  • Demonstrated success in driving renewals and expansion in existing customers
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to align customer needs to solution value over time
  • Legal work authorization in the US (no sponsorship)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions
  • Managing enterprise renewals with procurement/contracting
  • Collaborating with channel partners and sales engineers in enterprise settings
