Renewals Representative (Commercial Segment): Partner with Account Managers to achieve renewal rates, ACV, and billings targets in assigned territory with an accent on high-volume commercial renewals through partner engagement and outbound cadenced activities. Focus on identifying renewal risks, mitigating them via collaboration with partners and customer success, and managing end-to-end renewals process including accurate forecasting in SFDC.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Canada. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.

Salary: $47,600–$79,100 base (Canada) + target sales commissions.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Managers in shared territories to maximize net revenue retention (NRR) and achieve quarterly renewal/expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, buyers, and influencers to align hirify.global solutions with customer needs during renewals.
  • Identify renewal risks and coordinate with channel partners, sales, and customer success to mitigate them.
  • Manage end-to-end renewals process, including documentation for revenue recognition and accurate SFDC forecasting.
  • Execute planned customer engagement cadence and strategic account plans for commercial renewals.
  • Support new business expansions tied to renewals to ensure full renewal and growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales with proven quota achievement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ), Outreach, Excel, Power BI, Outlook.
  • Strong renewals sales cycle knowledge, retention risk discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and channel partner experience in team-selling environment.
