TL;DR

Principal Strategic Alliances Manager (Microsoft): Own and lead the global strategic partnership with Microsoft as primary executive relationship manager and trusted advisor. Develop and execute multi-year joint business plans aligned to Azure, Security, Industry Clouds with an accent on co-innovation, go-to-market strategies, and marketplace execution. Focus on driving partner-sourced revenue, ecosystem plays, and embedding OT/ICS cybersecurity into Microsoft solutions.

Location: United States (remote-first)

OTE: $260,000 + Competitive Equity + Comprehensive Benefits

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-year joint business plan with Microsoft aligned to Azure, Security, and Industry Clouds.
  • Drive co-innovation embedding hirify.global OT/ICS capabilities into Microsoft solutions.
  • Build joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies to generate partner-sourced revenue.
  • Lead success on Microsoft Commercial Marketplace including listings, offers, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing, enablement, and multi-partner ecosystem initiatives.
  • Align strategy with hirify.global leadership and cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working at Microsoft with deep understanding of Azure, Security portfolios, field organization, and partner ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Commercial Marketplace including transactable listings and private offers.
  • 8+ years in alliances, partner management, or business development in cybersecurity, cloud, or OT/ICS domains.
  • Proven success leading global technology partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders across Microsoft and partners.
  • Experience in multi-partner ecosystems with GSIs, MSSPs, OEMs.
