What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project planning, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for seamless customer transitions.
• Facilitate kickoff workshops and design tailored rollout strategies based on customer maturity and needs.
• Act as strategic advisor on scaling security awareness programs through change management and training.
• Partner with C-level executives, HR, IT, and communications teams to drive adoption and sponsorship.
• Cultivate internal champion networks and support communication planning to embed security culture.
• Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable reporting with recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, IT project management, or consulting with customer-facing focus
• Proven ability to bridge technical requirements and business objectives for diverse stakeholders
• Adept at managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder landscapes in fast-paced environments
• Native or business-level fluency in Spanish and English for leading workshops and sessions
• Strong interest in cybersecurity with ability to handle technical setups and troubleshooting
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset for navigating roadblocks strategically
