What you will do
- Receive and manage recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Close deals, drive revenue growth, and conduct digital demos/sales consultations
- Transfer new customers to onboarding team
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
- Build industry connections to generate leads and pursue new opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to drive growth
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- At least 3 years in sales, including cold calling, full sales cycle management, and deal closing
- Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or similar industries
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Results-driven team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills
