What you will do
- Manage portfolio of new and existing customers to ensure they maximize value from solutions and maintain high satisfaction for retention and revenue.
- Engage customers via phone, email, and video calls with clear guidance and timely responses.
- Coordinate with business units like Marketing and Product Management for subscription, assessment processes, and offering development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders and executives as a trusted advisor.
- Assist customers in utilizing the platform effectively and handle internal/external requests using AI agent for onboarding, renewals, follow-ups, and meeting summaries.
- Communicate monthly results, prepare portfolio updates/reports, and promote solutions via case studies, events, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian essential; knowledge of other European languages advantageous.
- 2+ years in onboarding or account management, ideally B2B or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication to explain complex processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; passion for sustainability.
- Basic understanding of AI technology; experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred.
- Proactive, collaborative, adaptable in fast-paced high-growth environment.
