What you will do
- Drive new business and expansion within enterprise accounts, developing a long-term pipeline to increase market share.
- Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate multi-seller plays for cohesive positioning and account planning.
- Partner with product and technical specialists to shape customer strategies, driving adoption and modernization of solutions.
- Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to operational management.
- Generate leads through local seminars, conferences, and active follow-up on inbound opportunities.
- Utilize deep knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B SaaS or IT solution sales.
- Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Native Japanese and business-level English (reading/writing).
- Ability to conduct executive-level presentations and issue-oriented educational seminars.
- Strong capability to navigate and motivate internal and external influencers within large organizations.
- Must be based in Japan.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- English conversation capability.
