TL;DR

Location: Remote (Anywhere, including USA and LATAM)

Salary: $158,000 — $233,000 USD (for US-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the marketer experience powering campaign creation, testing, and measurement across channels.
  • Translate campaign goals into productized workflows, templates, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Build AI-assisted capabilities and automation to reduce operational effort for marketers.
  • Define growth funnel KPIs and partner with analytics to measure lift, conversion, CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Enable a high-velocity experimentation program (A/B, multivariate) across app, web, email, and push.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products.
  • 3+ years driving growth or marketing technology products at scale in e-commerce, marketplaces, or ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end A/B and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor.
  • Proven track record of building internal or marketer-facing tools from 0 to 1.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating with CDPs and ESPs such as Segment, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Background building AI-assisted workflows for creative generation or audience selection.
  • Expertise mapping consumer journey flows across app, web, email, and push.
  • Fluency in growth funnel analytics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization).
