What you will do

• Own end-to-end SaaS subscription performance, driving growth in conversion, activation, retention, and expansion to increase ARR
• Develop deep customer insights using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and value drivers
• Define and own subscription user experience across the ecosystem
• Lead product positioning and messaging strategy across product and marketing touchpoints
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement in product and value communication

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product management, growth, or related roles with SaaS/subscription ownership
• Proven track record of business impact on conversion, retention, or ARR growth
• End-to-end product ownership including definition, delivery, and go-to-market execution
• Strong product judgment for customer-centric experiences
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping and development
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders
