What you will do

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers across the Americas region.
• Recruit, hire, and enable top SE talent to expand regional coverage.
• Provide technical leadership to help sales teams build integrated technology solutions for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on distributed architectures, file systems, and cloud storage in the Cloud and NAS product space.
• Deliver technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and an internal resource on technical issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience, preferably in Cloud Infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Proven experience working with CxO-level personnel to solve business challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the Americas region (including LATAM).
