Location: Remote within the Americas (North, Central, or South America); must align with US office hours (PT to ET)

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent for next-generation vehicle and mobile technology roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand goals and build high-performance teams.
  • Source and cultivate a strong network of professionals in tech, data science, product management, sales, and finance.
  • Manage the hiring process, assessment scorecards, and candidate pipeline using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience from first touch to offer closing.

Requirements

  • Near-native spoken and written English proficiency (C2).
  • 5-7 years of experience in client-facing recruiting roles.
  • Proven track record of placing professionals in tech and product management domains.
  • Must be based in the Americas (North, Central, or South America).
  • Availability to work US office hours (PT to ET).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Totally remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time commitment (40 hours per week).
  • Payment in USD with a choice of bi-weekly or monthly schedules.
  • Contractor agreement for a temporary period (5-6 months).

Hiring process

  • Initial Recruiter Screen (30 min).
  • Two subsequent Client Interviews.
