What you will do
- Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Foster a “referral culture” and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, coaching them for success.
- Partner with business units to understand their needs and stay informed on industry trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and enhance TA processes.
Requirements
- Native level English.
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, negotiating, and managing offers.
- Proven sourcing skills to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting.
- Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- Experience hiring in APAC/US or managing remote hiring processes.
- Experience/understanding of the cloud management space.
