TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS, Technical Recruiting): Leading end-to-end recruitment primarily for technical roles across EMEA and APAC for a global technology company with an accent on proactive sourcing and building global talent pipelines. Focus on deeply understanding role requirements, engaging passive candidates, leveraging data-driven insights, and contributing to DEI initiatives.

Location: Remote from Eastern Europe, for independent contractors. Must have a deep understanding of the EMEA and Eastern European talent market.

What you will do

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
  • Foster a “referral culture” and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, coaching them for success.
  • Partner with business units to understand their needs and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and enhance TA processes.

Requirements

  • Native level English.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company, specifically hiring for technical roles in Eastern Europe.
  • Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, negotiating, and managing offers.
  • Proven sourcing skills to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting.
  • Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • Experience hiring in APAC/US or managing remote hiring processes.
  • Experience/understanding of the cloud management space.
