What you will do

• Set the design direction to improve the quality and consistency of product experiences for solopreneurs.
• Lead the evolution of AI-enabled design practices to increase speed and reduce low-value iteration.
• Own and evolve the design system in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Maintain a holistic view of the end-to-end customer experience across all product touchpoints.
• Lead, coach, and grow a senior Product Design team, fostering a culture of quality and curiosity.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand to align product experience, content, and visual language.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience building and scaling high-performing product design teams.
• Strong expertise in simplicity, usability, and user-centered design.
• Practical experience integrating AI into design workflows to improve outcomes.
• Ability to evolve design systems and experience quality at scale across the full customer journey.
• Deep empathy for small businesses and solopreneurs.
• Experience in optimizing for conversion without compromising usability.
