What you will do

  • Lead and grow a distributed team of product designers, ensuring high-quality UX delivery.
  • Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for large-scale enterprise platform experiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap prioritization and decision-making.
  • Guide and review design and research work to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with goals.
  • Champion user research initiatives to inform strategic product direction.
  • Drive UX quality improvements through scorecards and usability enhancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, including leadership or management roles in complex enterprise environments.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Proven experience managing remote design teams working on large technical platforms.
  • Strong background in designing AI-enabled or AI-enhanced experiences.
  • Deep experience with enterprise SaaS or platform products at scale.
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
