What you will do

• Define and own the design vision, ensuring it aligns with product strategy and drives measurable business impact.
• Lead the transition to AI-native product experiences, establishing principles for trust and clarity in AI interactions.
• Scale and mentor a global design organization of approximately 20 people, building a strong leadership bench.
• Oversee the evolution of a best-in-class design system and strengthen user research capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth leadership to unify the brand and product experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior design leader in high-growth digital product companies.
• Track record of building and scaling large, high-performing design organizations.
• Deep expertise in product design, design systems, and user research for complex products.
• Experience leading teams through AI-powered or AI-augmented product transitions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to operate as a peer to C-level or VP leadership.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
