What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary design team with AI fluency.
• Drive experience strategy partnering with Product, Engineering, Content, and ML teams.
• Embed user research and behavioral insights via continuous feedback loops.
• Operationalize system-level design practices to boost velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, experience design, or design leadership in complex digital products
• Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio showing design craft, systems thinking, and user-centered design
• Experience building and scaling design systems across products or platforms
• Deep collaboration with Product and Engineering for impactful user experiences
• Demonstrated integration of AI tools into design processes
• Strong strategic thinking balancing human-centered design with AI opportunities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence
