What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
• Support campaign execution including email builds, list creation, attribution tagging, and QA
• Automate manual processes using AI, integrations, and workflow tools
• Own day-to-day operations in CRM, marketing platforms, and reporting tools
• Troubleshoot issues across systems, data flows, and workflows
• Connect systems via integrations, APIs, or webhooks and create documentation

Requirements

• 0-3 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, martech, or analytics
• Hands-on experience with marketing or CRM systems
• Builder mindset with curiosity for systems and problem-solving skills
• Comfort experimenting with new tools and AI-powered workflows
• Ability to execute independently and communicate clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, Segment, or similar
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations
• Background in demand generation or lifecycle marketing
