TL;DR

HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist or GTM Engineer (HubSpot/Salesforce): Architect, configure, and scale the full HubSpot ecosystem integrated with Salesforce for lead lifecycle, ABM workflows, campaigns, and analytics with an accent on scoring, segmentation, data sync, and full-funnel reporting. Focus on building workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and ensuring seamless HubSpot-Clay-Salesforce integrations for revenue metrics and operational excellence.

Location: Hybrid onsite in Palo Alto, California (2+ days/week)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain full HubSpot lead lifecycle from MQL to Closed-Won.
  • Configure multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ads, email nurture, social, and ABM sequences.
  • Build reports and dashboards for full-funnel performance, attribution, and revenue metrics.
  • Create workflows, scoring models, segmentation, custom fields, and data quality processes.
  • Manage HubSpot-Salesforce sync, mappings, lifecycle logic, and data hygiene.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to implement business requirements and document/train users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on HubSpot power-user or admin experience building and scaling systems
  • Expertise in lead lifecycle, scoring, workflow automation, and campaign setup
  • Strong experience with dashboards and reports for funnel metrics and ROI
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot-Salesforce integrations for full-funnel management
  • Experience supporting ABM motions (using Clay ABM lists integrated with HubSpot)
  • AI-forward mindset, excellent cross-functional communication as internal HubSpot SME

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Clay for ABM lists and enrichment signals
