TL;DR

Head of Demand Generation (Healthcare AI): Own marketing-sourced pipeline across health systems, payors, pharma, medtech, co-pilot, and government segments with an accent on building AI-augmented demand gen function from scratch. Focus on designing measurement frameworks, ABM programs, multi-channel campaigns, and agentic workflows for high pipeline velocity and ROI.

Location: Expected in Palo Alto office five days a week.

What you will do

  • Own and report on marketing-sourced pipeline across all segments, accountable quarterly.
  • Build demand gen tech stack including HubSpot optimization, attribution models, and pipeline velocity reporting.
  • Design and execute ABM programs for top accounts, partnering with segment PMMs on messaging.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content syndication) and optimize based on data.
  • Partner with sales on pipeline quality metrics, lead scoring, MQL-to-SAL handoff, and joint reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing ops on agentic tooling, budgets, and operations; own paid/organic growth.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in B2B demand generation, 3+ years at Series A/B company that scaled 3-5x.
  • Built demand gen function generating $50M+ pipeline annually.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise; ABM experience in enterprise healthcare or complex B2B.
  • Expert in AI tools for demand gen: campaign optimization, lead scoring, personalization, reporting.
  • Metrics fluency: MQL-to-SAL, pipeline velocity, ROI, attribution.
  • Bachelor’s + MBA or advanced degree required.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare B2B demand gen experience.
  • Long sales cycles (6-18 months), multi-stakeholder committees.
  • Familiarity with healthcare conferences (HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE, JP Morgan).
  • Background at scaling Series A-D enterprise SaaS.
