What you will do
- Support planning and execution of go-to-market launches for products, features, and initiatives, informed by customer insights.
- Contribute to research on user needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics; translate into customer-centric messaging.
- Partner with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to craft narratives communicating value and differentiation across touchpoints.
- Track and report on launch performance, campaign effectiveness, and product adoption; analyze results for optimization.
Requirements
- Located in the New York City metropolitan area.
- 2+ years of product marketing or related experience in B2B or B2B2C tech, ideally SMB-focused products.
- Experience supporting launches or campaigns driving awareness, adoption, or engagement.
- Strong communicator and storyteller able to simplify complex concepts.
- Data-curious with comfort interpreting metrics; highly collaborative and proactive in fast-paced settings.
