Location: Remote US (work anywhere within the United States; proximal roles may require occasional office visits)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $180,000 - $230,000 per year; all other U.S. states: $160,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive strategy through deep customer and data insights, translating analytics into actionable marketing for acquisition, engagement, and value.
- Connect end-to-end strategy from segmentation, positioning, to execution across all touchpoints.
- Own complex prioritization across merchants, stakeholders, and competing demands.
- Lead end-to-end GTM including positioning, messaging, measurement, and adaptability.
- Build scalable, repeatable systems and frameworks to improve marketing execution and efficiency.
- Act as thought leader, drive innovation, cross-functional alignment, and thoughtful leadership visibility.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in product marketing or similar, ideally in fintech or payments
- Proven ability to translate customer data into end-to-end strategies driving measurable outcomes
- Track record influencing cross-functional teams and alignment in complex organizations
- Strong prioritization, analytical skills, communication, and storytelling
- Experience building scalable marketing systems/frameworks
- Comfort in ambiguity, proactive mindset, strong executive presence
