What you will do

• Lead company-wide financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes using driver-based financial models.
• Drive AI-enabled finance transformation by implementing predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.
• Define and evolve company-wide KPIs (MRR, CAC, LTV) and build scalable performance dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide data-driven insights for GTM strategy, product investments, and M&A.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A organization of 7–10+ team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own the financial planning cadence and prepare strategic materials for Board-level and executive reviews.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A within public or late-stage private growth companies.
• Strong preference for experience in SaaS, technology, or recurring revenue business models.
• Proven track record of leveraging advanced analytics, data platforms, or AI/ML for business decision-making.
• Expertise in data modeling, financial systems architecture, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills for Board-level interactions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.
