What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve cash flow forecasting models including indirect cash flow and free cash flow bridges from EBITDA
• Analyze working capital drivers such as AR, AP, deferred revenue, accruals, and CapEx impacts on cash flow
• Enhance integrated 3-statement financial model ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency
• Strengthen linkage between ARR, billings, revenue recognition, and cash collections
• Develop variance analysis and management reporting with clear bridge commentary
• Support planning cycles, resolve discrepancies with Accounting, and prepare board/investor materials

Requirements

• 2–4 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or analytical FP&A/corporate finance roles
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with understanding of 3-statement integration
• Deep knowledge of cash flow mechanics, working capital, and free cash flow drivers
• Analytical rigor with incomplete data sets and ability to simplify complex concepts
• High attention to detail for building and troubleshooting complex models

Nice to have

• SaaS or subscription revenue experience (ARR, billings, deferred revenue)
• Investment banking background with operating finance interest
• Experience with executive/board/investor reporting
• Familiarity with ERP/EPM systems and planning tools
• Building complex models under tight deadlines
