Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $111,300 – $215,400

What you will do

  • Lead economic modeling and capacity discipline for Operations and R&D delivery engines.
  • Translate Sales demand and roadmap changes into multi-period capacity and margin forecasts.
  • Create end-to-end cost-of-revenue and capacity models.
  • Produce structured cost-to-serve analysis to inform pricing and roadmap tradeoffs.
  • Establish governance linking headcount plans, vendor spend, and delivery capacity to margin targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and central FP&A to align operational realities with financial forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytics with ownership of operational drivers.
  • Proven experience building driver-based models that influence strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools to improve modeling efficiency and data workflows.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and the ability to navigate large, complex datasets.
  • Strong executive-level narrative skills to translate complexity into decision asks.
