Account Manager, Mid West (Sales): Managing and growing relationships with existing enterprise customers across North America and Latin America with an accent on renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Location: Remote, USA. Must be based within a commutable distance to Chicago, IL to be eligible.

OTE: $180,000–$200,000 (market-competitive cash compensation with commission eligibility).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving renewals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell aligned with customer goals and hirify.globalDB capabilities.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding technical and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver value and outcomes.
  • Maintain healthy pipelines of renewal and expansion using data-driven metrics and account analytics.

Requirements

  • Must be based within a commutable distance to Chicago, IL.
  • 5-8 years experience maintaining pipelines of renewal and expansion opportunities in high-growth database, cloud, or infrastructure tech.
  • Proven track record driving ARR growth through account management.
  • Strong understanding of Challenger Sales and MEDDIC principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with operational discipline in managing multiple accounts.
