Associate Customer Success Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Participate in client implementations to build rapport and understand needs.
• Conduct monthly or quarterly reviews of client statistics, goals, and issues via phone or in person.
• Analyze problems and position Q2 products to meet customer requirements.
• Escalate issues to other Q2 teams, manage contract renewals, and coordinate with vendors.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support campaigns.
• Represent Q2 at events, provide product input, and deliver demos or training.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Proven results in cross-sales, quota achievement, and customer advocacy.
• Strong relationship building skills to engage FI executives.
• Articulate, process-minded, and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
