TL;DR

Strategic Alliance Partner Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue growth through key reseller partnerships by enabling partners to position and sell digital banking solutions with an accent on joint go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. Focus on creating value propositions, aligning sales teams, and managing the partner ecosystem to expand market reach.

Location: Hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available). Office locations include Austin, Lincoln, Des Moines, Charlotte, and Cary.

What you will do

  • Design "better together" value propositions for partners and specific hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies and sales plays for the hirify.global field team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create presentations, joint customer collateral, and win stories.
  • Align hirify.global and partner sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote joint value propositions and facilitate joint account planning and selling.
  • Track pipeline, win rates, and adapt joint sales strategies by territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience (direct or channel), preferably in the Finance industry.
  • Experience selling cloud-based software.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
