Location: Austin, TX; Lincoln, NE; Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC; Cary, NC. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship. Hybrid work opportunities; ability to work from home office; ~50% travel in region.

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management team to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Drive enterprise sales through outbound prospecting including cold calling, email, social, and in-person outreach.
  • Overcome technical, budgetary, and competitive objections to position Symphonix.
  • Manage activities, track results, and report using Salesforce CRM.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound inquiries to build customer interest.

Requirements

  • 8+ years corporate software/SaaS sales experience with Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven quota exceedance and complex sales process experience.
  • Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Fluent English written and oral communication.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel ~50% in assigned region; work from home office.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
